2013 saw me get a nomination for coach of the year at the Imperial ARCS (Appreciation, Recognition and Celebration of Sport) Awards, below is a snippet from ICU (Imperial College Union) news:

"Ask anyone at Sport Imperial, nominations at the Imperial ARCS (Appreciation, Recognition and Celebration of Sport) awards do not come easy, despite our own recent successes, and they are even harder to come by in the ultra-competitive "Coach of the Year" category. This year, however, one man, whose tireless efforts to nurture and encourage members of all skills and abilities have improved the standard of play in our club immeasurably, has achieved just that. That man, of course, is John Woods".
